Round Table: Artificial Intelligence

In the beginning of 2020, the Vatican released a document entitled Rome Call for AI Ethics.

This document seeks to provide a direction for AI to benefit society, rather than undercut humanity. Several tech companies, such as Microsoft and IBM, have joined with the Vatican to aim at developing AI that protects people and the planet. Why is the Vatican interested in the future of AI? And why do some consider AI the next god? We will dive into these and other topics during the virtual round table.
