Terms and conditions

We have set terms and conditions for our book giveaway. You can find them here.

1. The giveaway is organised bij EARS, Amsterdam. These terms and conditions apply to the giveaway concerning the EARS book “Perspectives on 2021”. This giveaway runs from February 10 until February 20, 2022.

2. Participation is free. You enter the giveaway as soon as you register for our newsletter. Your chances to win the book start from that moment.

3. You can only participate with one email address.

4. The duration of the giveway is stated on this page, as well as in our promotional messages on social media.

5. To enter the giveaway, participants should be older than 16. All other participants are excluded from entering.

6. We will draw one winner. We will do so randomly and impartially.

7. Winners will receive an e-mail about their prize within 5 working days from the closing date. They will receive this message on the email address they have provided for the EARS newsletter.

8. EARS can change or update these terms and conditions at any time, unless this leads to disadvantage of the winners.

9. There will be no correspondence about the results of the giveaway.

10. The EARS book is not returnable and not redeemable for cash.

11. EARS will not send any newsletters or updates, other than the ones the participant(s) subscribed to, to any (email) address, neither in print nor online.

12. With this giveaway, EARS complies to the Dutch Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen of January 1, 2014.

13. Applicable Dutch law applies to these conditions.
