Zonne Dijkstra
After completing a master’s programme in applied ethics and political philosophy, Zonne decided to pursue a master’s in political science at Leiden University. During her bachelor’s, she studied a variety of global philosophical traditions, ranging from ancient Greek metaphysics to Buddhist ethics and Chinese Daoist thought. She is intrigued by contemporary developments of religion’s role in liberal society, a matter that caught her attention during her minor in religious studies. Apart from this, she is interested in normative questions of how religion should relate to politics, and vice versa.
